The Nursery is owned by Marilyn Mills, who is the Registered Person. The Rockinghorse Nursery Management Team (the owner, manager and deputy manager ) ensure that all Ofsted Standards are met and complied with. These include Staffing Ratios and Staff Qualifications. All Nursery Staff attend training sessions through cluster meetings provided by Norfolk Early Years Department.
Out of respect and privacy to the Rockinghorse staff, we have decided not to put staff photographs onto our website. However, I can assure you that they are all very caring, talented and dedicated people who will always have your child’s best interests at heart.
All full time, permanent staff at the Rockinghorse Nursery are fully qualified. Part time or temporary staff may not be qualified. We also have team members who are qualified in First Aid, Food handling and Manual handling. In line with Ofsted requirements, at least half the staff team will be qualified.
